1) Inlet Conveyor

Bags lined up on the pallet enter the Stretch Hooder unit with the help of a roller conveyor. The full pallet is centered on the pallet centering conveyor.

2) Film Measuring, Pasting, Cutting

Pallet height is measured with the help of sensors. According to the pallet height, the length of the nylon is automatically cut and glued.

3) Stretch Gathering and Stretching

The bag is held by the arms on the machine and the winder heads go inside. The bag is transferred onto the heads. According to the pallet width, the heads are opened and the nylon film is stretched.

4) Pallet Wrap and Drop

It is dressed on the stretched nylon pallet. When it is below the pallet level, the heads close a little and the bottom of the nylon is wrapped on the pallet. After the mechanism releases the nylon, it opens and the machine returns to its starting position. The stretched pallet is transported to the exit with the help of a roller conveyor.
